Today is starting off dry, but a few snow showers are expected across the southwest part of Iowa with additional snowfall totals of less than 1. High temperatures this afternoon remain around the average with highs in the lower 30s. Tuesday brings a few more flurries, but overall cool and quiet weather with highs staying around 30.
We’ll see a change in our weather pattern for the mid-week. The wind will shift toward the southwest, some clouds will clear out, and highs will rise into the lower 40s on Wednesday. Thursday looks less windy, but just as warm.
Another cold front arrives by Friday and will bring a chance for snow over the weekend.
