The Broward Sheriff's Office says it does not suspect foul play in the death of a man found in the water in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.

According to a news release from the sheriff's office, a kayaker found the body of 37-year-old Rodly Francois floating in the water on the north side of the Angling Fishing Pier near 2 Commercial Boulevard around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

BSO's Marine Unit arrived and recovered the body, which was taken to the 14th Street boat ramp at Alsdorf Park in Pompano Beach, the sheriff's office says.
