After reportedly agreeing to a 2-year deal with the San Antonio Spurs, the Spurs have reportedly pulled their initial offer to free agent forward Marcus Morris and have agreed to sign forward Trey Lyles according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Reports prior had Morris reconsidering joining the Spurs and opting to sign with the Knicks.
This move all but confirms Morris will be New York bound.
Lyles last played with the Jazz and Nuggets. Last season, the 6-10 power forward posted 8.5 points, 3.8 rebounds and 41 percent shooting in 64 games played for the Nuggets.
The 23-year old will address the Spurs' need for an additional big to play behind LaMarcus Aldridge and Jakob Poeltl.
The reported deal to Lyles is 2-years.
