Happy birthday to San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker as he turns 36 years old today.
Drafted by the Spurs in the 2001 NBA draft, Parker has spent 17 seasons with San Antonio and has gone on to build an impressive NBA resume.
Parker is 4- time NBA champion (2003, 2005, 2007, 2014), an NBA Finals MVP (2007), a 6-time NBA All-Star (2006, 2007, 2009, 2012–2014), a 3-time All-NBA Second Team (2012–2014) selection and an All-NBA Third Team (2009).
And that's just his NBA accolades.
This offseason he is an unrestricted free agent and he is unsure if he'll be back in San Antonio.
"It is not yet sure that I'll stay with the Spurs. I am open to all proposals, I would like to have my entire career in San Antonio.
Hopefully the Spurs and Parker could come to an agreement where he'll stay a Spur for the rest of his career.
Happy birthday Tony.
Let's enjoy his NBA Finals MVP play in 2007 and his infamous attempt at a rap career.
