San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker has only appeared in four games this season as he works his way back into form coming off his leg injury.

He's also getting adjusted to new teammates such as Rudy Gay.

Parker has only played just a handful of games with Gay but he is already liking what he sees out of him on the court.

Gay has appeared in 22 games this season and has turned a lot of heads with his play. Coming off of an injury of his nature, it didn’t take long for Rudy to make his mark with the Silver and Black.

On Monday's win over Detroit, Rudy scored 12 while grabbing 10 rebounds and having two blocks on the night, one of which would be a game changer.

“It’s great, just to have another guy who can create," said Parker. "He had some very nice passing off the pick-and-roll. He knows how to play, good scorer and tonight he surprised with a nice pass at the end in the fourth quarter."

Rudy has been a key contributor for San Antonio this season averaging 12 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists off the bench.

In addition, he ranks second on the team in points per game, and third in steals per game. He's recorded 10-plus points 14 times and 20-plus points three times this season.
