File this under "well obviously."

Twitter recently released an "NBA hate map" to discern which team is the most hated across the USA this season.

And to no surprise, the Lakers came out as the most hated team not only in San Antonio but all of Texas.

The San Antonio Spurs have had a heated rivalry with the Lakers since the early 2000s when both teams were battling for West supremacy.

The team would meet in the playoffs for hotly contested games, there was ex-Lakers coach Phil Jackson throwing verbal jabs at the Spurs (his "asterisk" remark regarding the Spurs' 1999 title) at every opportunity, and of course there was Derek Fisher's "0.4" shot in San Antonio that still brings pain to Spurs fans.

Those feelings carry on until today and the sight of the purple and gold uniforms brings out the competitiveness among fans in San Antonio.

Though would be interesting to know how the Clippers fared in San Antonio with ex-Spur Kawhi Leonard on the club and Spurs fans still bitter over his departure from the team.
