The Denver Nuggets upset ex-San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard and the Clippers in dramatic fashion, winning 3-straight in the West Semis to advance to the conference finals.
Leonard was the big prize last offseason. He (along with Paul George) were supposed to vault the Clippers right to the NBA title.
That did not come true and now the Clippers find themselves looking for answers and San Antonio Spurs fans are relishing in Leonard's playoff exit.
But it is not just Spurs fans.
Following the Clippers playoff ouster, the San Antonio Zoo made sure to let the Denver Nuggets know they have some reserved parking for them should they come by for a visit.
Spurs fans can also visit the San Antonio Zoo now as they are re-opened after being closed due to the pandemic.
Right now, San Antonians can get an $8 discounted ticket on Wednesday, September 16th courtesy of the City of San Antonio’s Parks and Recreation Department.
Discounted admission tickets can be purchased at the zoo’s front gate with proof of San Antonio residency. For more info and a complete list of Locals Days, visit www.sazoo.org.
