SAN ANTONIO - Summer is in full swing, and what better time to get out and go fishing.

But time is running out.

The Neighborhood Fishin' lakes are fully stocked, as the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department stocks them every two weeks through July.

That means its time to get out and get your chance to reel in a channel catfish, which makes for great summer eating.

Here are some fishing tips to remember:

  • Fish with no more than 2 poles
  • Catch limit is 5 catfish
  • Don't use cast nets
