Lakers' Jared Dudley is fresh off winning an NBA title with teammate Anthony Davis.

After playing with Davis for a season, he now believes the Lakers big man is the best power forward he's ever seen over San Antonio Spurs great Tim Duncan.

Dudley was a guest on the "Bill Simmons Podcast" and proclaimed Davis is more talented and a better defender in comparison to Duncan.

“I think Duncan was more of a set standard. In a sense that you knew exactly what you get from Duncan. He can go inside out, I think AD is way more talented, better defensively, he can guard... I think AD has another level. We all agree on it.”

The Duncan versus Davis discussion has been a topic of late among fans.

Looking at the tale of the tape, Duncan finished his career with five NBA titles while Davis now has one.

After 19 NBA seasons, Duncan finished with career averages of 19 points per game, 10 rebounds per game, and 50.6% shooting. He is a 15-time All-Star, a 3-time NBA Finals MVP, a 2-time NBA MVP, 8-time All-NBA Defensive First Team member, 7-time All-NBA Defensive Second Team member, and 10-time All-NBA First Team member.

Davis does have his accolades but no where near what Duncan accumulated during his career - 4-time All-NBA First Team member, a 2-time NBA All-Defensive First Team member, and a 2-time NBA All-Defensive Second Team member.

It does make sense why Dudley would give his teammate high praise but Davis still has a ways to go if he wants to be considered at Duncan's legendary levels of excellence on the court.
