According to reports, Jonathon Simmons has agreed on a three-year $20 million deal with the Orlando Magic.

This coming just a day after the San Antonio Spurs renounced their qualifying offer to Simmons thus making him a unrestricted free agent.

Simmons and the Spurs broke off all negotiations this week and it was all but certain he was not coming back to the Spurs.

During his two year career with the Spurs, Simmons averaged 6.1 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game. This past 2017 postseason, he upped his numbers, averaging 10.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 20.4 minutes with Kawhi Leonard out due to injury.

He'll bring Orlando some explosiveness from the wing spot and athleticism.
