2019 FIBA World Cup Roundup: Day 9 and 10

The San Antonio Spurs are well represented at the 2019 FIBA World Cup.

Here is how the Spurs did representing their country in China after day nine and 10 of the tournament:

AUSTRALIA

Spurs guard Patty Mills and Team Australia got a 100-98 versus France. Mills had 30 points in 33 minutes. Their next game is on Sept. 11 against the Czech Republic.

NIGERIA

Spurs' Chimezie Metu and Team Nigeria beat Team China, 86-73. Metu had 11 points and six rebounds in 20 minutes. Nigeria punched their ticket to the 2020 Olympic games.

SERBIA

Spurs foreign draft pick Nikola Milutinov and Serbia lost 81-69 versus Spain. He had seven points in 20 minutes. Serbia's next opponent is against Argentina on Sept. 10.

ITALY

Spurs' Marco Belinelli and Team Italy got an 94-89 win versus Puerto Rico. Belinelli had 27 points in 40 minutes.

U.S.A.

Gregg Popovich led Team USA to an 89-73 versus Brazil. Spurs' Derrick White had four points, and two assist in 14 minutes. Their next game is versus France on Sept. 11.
