SAN ANTONIO - Opioid addiction is a national crisis that is also sweeping neighborhoods in San Antonio, so we held a Your Voice, Your Future roundtable on the issue.

Maggie Rad, Counselor/Supervisor at Alpha Home, which is a residential and outpatient rehabilitation treatment center for women in San Antonio.

Valerie McDonald is a recovering addict now, with the help of Alpha Home.

Dr. Jennifer Potter holds a number of titles, including Associate Dean for Research in the School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is also on the graduate faculty of the Psychiatry Department of the University of Texas at San Antonio.
