Snow, ice in Chicago lead to flight delays at San Antonio airport

Bad weather in Chicago is affecting some flights arriving and departing the San Antonio International Airport.

At least one United flight to Chicago's O'Hare airport scheduled for an 8 a.m. takeoff was canceled. An American airlines flight scheduled for 7:57 a.m. was also canceled.

Snow and ice is causing major delays at O'Hare. Hundreds of flights were delayed or cancelled across the Midwest. Other delays were reported in Charlotte, North Carolina due to bad weather in the area.

Other flight delays out of San Antonio included a delayed flight to Los Angeles.
