Police in Jupiter are asking for help in identifying a school zone speeder.

Police shared photos of the man they're looking for.

Authorities said officers with the traffic unit tried to stop the man on a motorcycle after he sped through a school zone on Nov. 20 on Central Boulevard near the Lighthouse Elementary School.

The motorcyclist refused to stop, then accelerated and hit an officer's hand and wrist.

Police believe the man rode a Honda 900 CBS series motorcycle, light blue in color. The first three letters of the license plate may be "MPK" or "MKP."
